RecommendedTrainers are knowledgeable. Everyone is kind and treats you like family. You will get pushed but not beyond what you can do. At the facility or virtually you get a workout.
We had our entire team go through the Aiga Process and it has NO DOUBT payed off! One of our players has gone there since sophomore year and is now committed to play D1 at the next level. If you want the most out of your body athletically, there’s no where else on the peninsula you should go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
My family has been invested with this company from almost the beginning. The trainers and staff are wonderful! The trainers are very knowledgeable and help to meet just about every need a client has in the gym. There is such a family like culture here and every new client is immediately welcomed to the family. I’ve enjoyed every single experience I’ve had here at Aiga!
Aiga performance will meet you where you are- whether you’re a professional athlete/body builder or a totally out of shape rookie (me!), they’ll push you and encourage you to reach your full potential. You’ll also gain friends and family along your journey. I’m so glad I finally made an investment in myself by joining the Aiga family!
AIGA is truly a family place to train. I have watched my son, as well as other athletes improve and progress in not only sports but also in confidence. I am relatively new to Aiga but my son has been attending and working with Leland for awhile now. My son’s confidence and technique has improved drastically. He has also learned how to challenge himself and work towards a goal he has in mind. He is definitely stronger and quicker as well. I’ve been taking the adult classes with Geno and I am loving it!
