July 8, 2024: This insurance company is a nightmare for rental cars insurances. It is better to pay a little more elsewhere than to take out a policy with AIG. More than a month before the (finanly was able to canceled) rental car took effect, I spent 3 weeks trying to get canceling and ask my money back, for which I was well in time to cancel. During a trip abroad, I had health problems and the AIG insurance didn't work. After requesting reimbursement, the company did everything to avoid paying the insurance. Researching on the internet, I found out that they have this behavior with several consumers. I DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY!
During a trip abroad, I had health problems and the AIG insurance didn't work. After requesting reimbursement, the company did everything to avoid paying the insurance. Researching on the internet, I found out that they have this behavior with several consumers. I DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY!
They keep sending mail to the person who lived in our house over 20 years ago! It seems impossible to stop getting the mail! They don’t seem to have a basic phone number for which to request respite from the unwanted mail. I will NEVER do business with this company!
