July 8, 2024: This insurance company is a nightmare for rental cars insurances. It is better to pay a little more elsewhere than to take out a policy with AIG. More than a month before the (finanly was able to canceled) rental car took effect, I spent 3 weeks trying to get canceling and ask my money back, for which I was well in time to cancel. During a trip abroad, I had health problems and the AIG insurance didn't work. After requesting reimbursement, the company did everything to avoid paying the insurance. Researching on the internet, I found out that they have this behavior with several consumers. I DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY!
