I had to call the company to do a update for me they took good care of me I really appreciate how the young lady walk me through the process very professional I didn't not have to wait long she got everything thing I needed thanks for everything you didn't I really appreciate all of your help.
I attempted to withdraw my annuity since Feb. 2023, every time I called in to follow up the status, either it is still in process, wrong form, missing this information, that information or missing documents, resubmit and call back 2 weeks later. As of today, I was told I am still missing a proof of employer termination letter, which I have submitted more than 5 times, the representative found it in the upload folder, but financial team did not see it.
