Absolutely the worst call center to deal with as a biller. Super unprofessional and hard to work with.
A mí me lo robaron el iPhone en abril en Miami. Puse la denuncia en la policía y, a las 6 u 8 horas, desapareció del Find My. Pero evidentemente yo no lo tenía encima. ¿Cómo lo hicieron? Ni idea… Pero yo no fui, ni lo regalé, ni lo vendí. Al final me he tenido que comprar otro. Todo el proceso con la aseguradora AIG aquí en Miami fue complicadísimo: cada vez que me preguntaban o pedía algo tardaban dos semanas en responder, así que la gestión se alargó durante meses. No lo recomiendo para nada. Cuidado con esto.

Súper mal servicio tenía un viaje y por problemas médicos no pude viajar mostré la documentación médica 3 veces y no me devolvieron nada ni me trataron
