Would not recommend for orthotics. I would recommend get your orthotics fitted from a podiatrist who will align your foot and ankle, the fit you for orthotics. Also Dr. Jerry had me doing this “Yoga Walk” keep my feet straight. That messed me up. Supposed to let your feet go into their natural position. Been dealing with a lot of ankle and foot issues caused by poorly fitted orthotics, and doing this stupid “Yoga Walk” that nobody’s ever heard of. Yeah, changed my life.
