RecommendedExcelente servicio. Personas muy amables.
Staff at W. 28th St. are very friendly and professional. My complaint is that I waited over an hour beyond my appointment time without being seen. Maybe this was a one off, but if the schedulers are overbooking, you folks need to knock it off. Won't be rescheduling unless the office wants to reimburse me for a wasted hour - time is money! Peace.

Just had 2 very successful cataract surgeries done by Dr Aiello,whom I highly recommend, he restored my vision to more than I thought I would regain. He has 2 offices and one surgical center adjacent to his office in Yuma, the other office is in Foothills, and staff is very accommodating to location preference. We found the staff at both offices very friendly and professional. Had several ofc visits and a couple surgical visits and again impressed with professional care and expertise. Recommend to anyone looking for great eye care, from eye exams to eye surgery.
We have both had cataract surgery at the Arielle surgery center. Very successful. Friendly knowledge staff. G also had eyelids lifted. Very happy. Yes sometimes you do have to wait a bit. But excellent care is worth it. Thank you Arielle Eye Institute.
Great doc and a good staff, but they seem to overbook surgeries for their own convenience. Waiting area is sufficient at the consulting office, but at the surgery center it's got at least four chairs too many to accommodate patients or their loved ones in wheelchairs, as my wife is. They could use a coffee machine and/or snackbar, too. I realize procedures are only supposed to take 20 or 30 minutes, but we were trapped there for SIX HOURS yesterday, and only part of the fault was ours. But it was the no-room-for-wheelchairs ... read more
