Very bad experience with this unprofessional agency. Multiple up and down phone calls and never got anywhere. Multiple attempts to submit offers in writing prior to auction, was never given a straight answer. Was also never allowed to submit the offers in writing, which also indicates these offers were never even presented to the vendor.
