Very bad experience with this unprofessional agency. Multiple up and down phone calls and never got anywhere. Multiple attempts to submit offers in writing prior to auction, was never given a straight answer. Was also never allowed to submit the offers in writing, which also indicates these offers were never even presented to the vendor. Then sets unrealistic price at auction day, way above the advertised price, the calls back 3 days later begging for $5,000 more on my offer. 1 month later house still on the market.
