This is a great place to stay, very connected and walking distance to a lot of stores, restaurants and the metro. The complex is really cute and a lovely community with a great on site manager. I'm really happy about the office and maintenance staff at Vive LA. Grateful for you guys.
Honestly, the VIVE LA leasing office's responsiveness and follow-through is consistently quite terrible (based on a period of almost 2.5 years and changes in office staff), but the maintenance staff are hard workers who are very efficient, polite, and always try to be as accommodating as they can. Not sure what the disconnect is there.
