Came here a few months ago to select a heating and cooling system for my house, I had no idea what was needed there, they found out exactly the size of units and zones and I only provided them a simple layout drawing of my house, and they gave me multiple options for different brands. Very disappointed. I really try not to write negative reviews because everyone makes mistakes but unfortunately we gave this company not just one opportunity to help us, but THREE opportunities and each time the mistakes were bigger and caused major issues in our home. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. IF YOU ARE READING THIS CHOOSE ANY OTHER HVAC COMPANY. ANYONE ELSE. Aiden installed my $12k units incorrectly. Water is pouring out of one of the units and instead of fixing it, they dodge my texts and calls always telling me they’ll send someone “soon.” Once they have your money they will RUN. I am trying to save you. RUN before they do.
