Very disappointed. I really try not to write negative reviews because everyone makes mistakes but unfortunately we gave this company not just one opportunity to help us, but THREE opportunities and each time the mistakes were bigger and caused major issues in our home. We have paid thousands of dollars on 3 separate occasions just to then have new issues.
