If I could rate a 0 on first impressions I would. I was just on the phone with aid animal hospital and I would not recommend them to anyone. I was greeted rudely on the phone by a woman and asked to hold for a moment. After 10 minutes of listening to her carry on with a personal conversation I hung up and called back. When I did, a man answered and I explained to him what had happened and then politely said that I would not be scheduling an appointment because of the way I was treated. I took in a rescue dog that I wasn't given any records for, I scheduled an appointment and was able to get in same day. My mother had surgery scheduled earlier that day that went much later and I thought I would be asked to reschedule as I was late for my appointment. The staff was so kind and did not show any imposition, even though it was closing time and the day prior to a Christmas Eve.
