I don't usually make this kind of comments but I want to tell my experience so that it doesn't happen to other people, I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for July 25 since I was going to celebrate my birthday and I had been looking for someone to do that type of braids a long time, I arrived on the 25th and I went at the time we agreed which was 5:30 pm and when I called she said she had someone there and that she had forgotten about me to which of course I got angry because I scheduled as I repeat two weeks in ... read more
She’s rude, no customer service skills, Anybody who rated her more then one star is a friend of hers.. I’ve had 4 ppl call and she said no to every single one of them and hung up.
