After going from braider to braider only to have my daughter’s hair last a week before getting frizzy and her own hair stick out of the braids, I gave them a try and they did not disappoint. They did a phenomenal job. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I can’t wait to take my daughter back. I will recommend them to everyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. After waiting over 45 minutes for the store to open, the owner finally arrived and unapologetically mentioned she overslept due to a long call overnight. Mind you I confirmed they open at 8am the night before. When I politely asked if she knew where the bathroom was, she mocked me for asking. I later texted her about her rudeness, and she responded by telling me never to return to her establishment after I get my hair done today. I just left without getting my hair... read more

One of the worst hair braiding experiences. From a baby that cried the entire time to the lady running out of hair. I've been here since 1:45pm and it is now past 7 because after taking all my money and the rest of the workers were gone, she stops braiding my hair AGAIN to put a braid in somebody hair that strolls in AFTER they've closed!!! Remind your workers to have a baby sitter!!!!
