I'd consider this more informational than an actual review, due to the fact I never received a finished product. This business is unusual in that you front money and enter into the process without any idea of the actual finished cost. I had an external hard drive that failed. The drive contained backups from my MacBook, as well as several digitized videotapes from home and work. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad and they referred me to AI Networks. They Said it able to info recovery from 2 hard drives, Charged me $190 but they couldn’t nothing info recovered .. please don’t work with them, they aren’t take responsibility to their work..
I do not recommend this place. They also go by DataCrash. First off, they charged me $95 for an evaluation when it was actually supposed to be free. Whatever, that was actually my bad. However, they charged me $500 for "fixing" mechanical issues that were not authorized. They're off the hook when you sign a contract that says that you authorize verbal agreements (over the phone). I told them I did not want to proceed with their services, however, they told me "too late, we can't stop now, we are still going to charge you."
Great customer service! Had an issue with a drive. Louis Kiapos was outstanding in his work with my issue and provided fantastic customer service!
