She was TERRIFIC. I loved her demeanor and kindness and going out of her way for my needs. Her knowledge was very impressive. Marvelous. Great attn. to details and asked great follow-up questions.
I felt heard, my concerns listened to and good advice and guidance based on my age.
She was very nice and she explained everything in detail. She was very easy to talk to.. it was nice to meet her.
She took the time to hear me out and really analyze what's going on with me. Answered my concerns and questions and then gave me recommendations of what to do next. Everything that she told me help me out and I felt much better after our visit.
Dr. Hoang was wonderful to work with. The virtual call was an excellent patient experience in every way. And as a result, feeling much better now. I’m very appreciative.
Dr. Hong was incredibly thorough, attentive, and kind. She took the time to walk me through everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. I've been trying to be seen for a mass on my back. 3 hours before my appointment she cancelled the appointment and said I need to come in person. Coming in person requires I take an extra day off work (and wait a couple months) just for her to say 'yep you need a dermatologist'. This unwillingness to meet in person, and deciding this only a few hours before the appointment, is not ok. The concern shown in the visit. Went above the UTI for other aspects that could be a factor for health issues.
it was a video call and I highly recommend Dr Hoang, very kind and explained everything to me and I did not feel rushed
