As my home was being worked upon, I needed a place to stay for a week and decided upon one of John’s beautiful vacation rentals. It was clean upon arrival and was in a fantastic location. He was very accommodating and ensured that I had everything needed to have the best possible visit. I would highly recommend his rentals to anybody wanting a relaxing getaway or simply somebody who needs a place to stay that feels like home. :)
John was extremely accommodating with my reservation. The home was wonderful and extremely clean and he addressed all of the concerns I had of staying at a vacation rental. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a place to stay in south Florida.
John helped me with the renovations, rental, and management of my property in the Cape. I used John's services again to purchase my home in Pompano Beach. John did the design, decorating, oversaw the renovations, and the management and rental of my vacation home. John does it all and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

He explained to me what the market was like at the time to help me get a fair market value to rent my home .
