The absolute worst company to exist. My babies pediatrician sent in a prescription for her formula in October, it took until February for them to tell me they don’t provide the specific formula we need. It’s fine that they don’t have the formula, but every time I called for an update they would be extremely rude and act like they had no idea what the status of our case was until I would be transferred multiple times and finally someone would help me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Authorized them for monthly charges and instead they charged me for a huge amount all at once. You can’t even reach the billing department. No one ever calls you back. What a joke. Edit: today is 6/22 still never got a call back.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Horribly managed company! Neither the Manager nor the Owner return phone calls or emails. I tried to get answers to a serious issue and they never would respond. I have been a patient of Lincare for many, many years and the previous Lincare was Amazing but this company is unprofessional and doesn't care. I believe they have some good employees. My family member was put on oxygen per doctor order and AHP simply dropped off the concentrator and tubing at the hospital and left it up to her to get it home and set it up. It was on the weekend but they never attempted to contact her the following week until we needed to order more portable tanks. They couldn't care less about helping. They have no right to be in the oxygen business.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They refuse to supply Dr. ordered material. My doctor prescribed a portable oxygen condenser and they keep coming up with new rules (not Medicare rules) in order to ovoid providing this. I can’t change companies until 2026 as I have a home condenser for more than 1 year(this is Medicare rule). [ I expect they are very short of money & not willing to purchase new equipment Parent company ‘Lincare’ Inc.’ reached a $29million settlement in 2023, for cheating Medicare.]
