This agency has provided services which have been unacceptable. First of all they send an inexperienced worked with no training either OJT or otherwise to assist with a 87 year male confined to a wheelchair. Worker who tells client she has never bathed anyone and afraid to do so but expects him to be okay with the comment. I am disgusted by the care I've been receiving. There have been days I was left without care. When I contacted the agency about the missed time being made up, I was told the situation would be handled. Nothing was done to correct the issue. They did not have anyone on call, nor do they have any employees staffed on weekends. I am disabled and it's not as though I can stop being disabled on any particular day I choose. It has been extremely disappointing and stressful to have this agency working with me.
