Our experience with Ahora y Siempre, Inc. has been extremely concerning. For several months, the agency has failed to pay the providers who deliver authorized services to our special-needs child. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we received no meaningful response, and the non-payment caused providers to stop services. We have had to escalate the matter to the HCS Ombudsman and state authorities. Families relying on consistent care should be aware of these ongoing issues.
They can never pay their employees consistently on time. 3-4 checks they've written have bounced.
The Best in town .Very nice and polite staff willing to help at any time.
