Worst appraiser ever! I bought my house on FHA and it qualified with the appraisal we got. Now that we are trying to sell the home they did the appraisal and said it doesn't qualify due to the crawlspace not being 18in or more deep. When I called and pointed out to him that he missed the access under the stove and that he was never in the crawlspace he said we'll I didn't know it was there. Zero stars for this joker. I don’t know what his problem is, but he lied repeatedly, forced the sellers to do his job for him, and then cost the sale, leaving two families with small children homeless right before closing was supposed to happen. Now there is an incorrect (remember the lying?) appraisal stuck to the home for 6 months, and I think it was for spite. Note: he never met the sellers or buyers, so the spite isn’t personal. None compatainte do not use doesnt no how to appraisal didn't use comparisons that were 2 blocks away. An once she turned in her report she had to redo it for the bank. Very incompetent we had another appraisal 1 week after she did hers an it was over $100,000 more than hers she missed on finished basement new buildings that were professional built within 3 months before she appraisal .DO NOT USE HER SHE GOES THROUGH 3ARD PARTY THATS NOT RELIABLE MY BANK SAID IT WOULD NEVER USE HER AGAIN
