Had an appointment begin of June, because I was 10 minutes late they made me rescheduled. It didn't matter that there is traffic from the squirrel tunnels into town & it also didnt matter that people parking across the street from the practice don't know how to use the meter, & there's only one. I have been a patient there for over 25 year and this is how you're treated. How many of us had to sit in the waiting room waiting for the doctor because they're behind. I did not rescheduled. Change for the worse unfortunately since Dr. Lapid left. Very disorganized & unprofessional staff. Was told to walk in first thing in the morning this week as part of a follow up to an initial appointment, only to be turned away by a receptionist who clearly doesn't like her job, and chooses to take it out on her own customers. Unwilling to help with assisting in any kind of follow up process. Have to do better than that. Avoid, until they get more organized with scheduling, & until staff learns to treat customers correctly.

I had the best experience at Squirrel Hill AHN! Every staff member was very pleasant to talk to and kind to me, professional and prompt! I was out of my appointment super quick and couldn’t believe how awesome everyone there was.

Let me start off by saying the staff i.e. medical Assistant, front desk are great, Dr Lapid that I was seeing left the practice so I took on the new doctor Susan Wilkinson, she's horrible, unprofessional, I've sent her 2 messages, the first one 1/20/25...2 weeks later no response, called the office, they told me she would call me that day that was on 2/4/25, she had yet to call, I again sent another message that night and here we are 2/10/25 and still no respond, I don't want someone like that in charge of my care, she shoul... read more
