My feedback is specific to the front desk staff at the AHN Center for Reproductive Medicine. These individuals are often the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in setting the tone for the overall patient experience. First off communication is terrible during the entire process. It was my first round of ivf we ended up with one viable embryo and to our surprise I became pregnant with that embryo. Unfortunately I started bleeding a couple weeks later I was panicking and of course called and couldn’t get ahold of them left a message at 3:00pm and didn’t receive a call back. I had a genuinely positive experience with the doctors and front desk staff at this clinic. They were kind, professional, and supportive throughout my care, which is why this situation is so disappointing and ultimately resulted in me going to another clinic. Unfortunately, my experience with the nursing communication and billing department was very different.
