AHN was absolutely incredible during our fertility journey. Dr. Lewis and his team were so caring at every level. Genuinely, from the front desk ladies, to the phlebotomist, the ultrasound techs, nurses, and every doctor we met with was so kind. Going through IVF can be really mentally hard, but this team made my husband feel cared about and supported the entire way through. Communication seems to be this facilities weak point. My partner and I went through 1 cycle and failed. While I won’t divulge sensitive information I will say that the part we seem to have had the biggest issue with was transparency and having someone being able to just tell us what’s going on. We’re attempting to start cycle 2 and are again being met with poor communication and lack of transparency. It’s a shame. Can’t thank this staff and facility enough for all they did for my husband and I. Just had our little miracle this past summer thanks to Dr. Homa and Dr. Lewis. The staff is also just as amazing! Will alway refer anyone i can to them.

No one answers the phone anymore. If they do, you’re lucky they speak English or are smart enough to help you. And we’re supposed to trust these people with our healthcare. What a joke.
