Communication seems to be this facilities weak point. My partner and I went through 1 cycle and failed. While I won’t divulge sensitive information I will say that the part we seem to have had the biggest issue with was transparency and having someone being able to just tell us what’s going on. We’re attempting to start cycle 2 and are again being met with poor communication and lack of transparency. It’s a shame. Can’t thank this staff and facility enough for all they did for my husband and I. Just had our little miracle this past summer thanks to Dr. Homa and Dr. Lewis. The staff is also just as amazing! Will alway refer anyone i can to them.
From the moment I walked into AHN Fertility, I’ve felt supported, respected, and truly cared for. The entire team—from the front desk to the nurses, ultrasound techs, and doctors—have been kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. They take the time to explain every step and answer every question, no matter how small. No one answers the phone anymore. If they do, you’re lucky they speak English or are smart enough to help you. And we’re supposed to trust these people with our healthcare. What a joke.
Check in process is ridiculous and completely unnecessary. Building is confusing and they tried to make up for it with extra signage, which just makes it more confusing.
