So much better than upmc it's not even close. Highly professional staff and very easy scheduling appointments. Can't say enough good things.
I had the most pleasant experience here even though I was very sick. Went in about 9 am on 10/9 and there was no one in the waiting room. The receptionist was very polite and respectful. I only waited 4-5 min and was called back to get vitals and sent to a room. Another nurse came in to assess me. She was also very nice. Finally after only 5 more min the nurse practitioner came in.
