I had a really good experience here. I had my very first mammogram. I was a bit nervous. I didn't know what to expect. My appointment was at 2pm but I showed up like 30 Mins earlier. They accept walk ins also. It was pretty empty and they got me in about 5 mins after I arrived. The facility was super nice, automatic doors, clean, had comfy chairs and clean bathrooms. The service there wasn't bad, but it takes them weeks to get your results and when you call they just give excuses for everything. I intentionally scheduled an ultrasound far in Advance from my Dr appt and still never got results in time and the whole point of my dr appointment was to read the results to that ultrasound. Will never go here again.

Very unprofessional… I was late for my appointment think it was at 10:45am the lady at the front desk told me to have a seat after sitting there 15 minutes I asked how long she said I’d have to wait til everyone was seen I said 1 hour she said she didn’t know I said 2 hours she said she didn’t know why not reschedule me soon as I told you I had the times mixed up
