Dr. Troy Desai is amazing from neuro with my bf and his MS but the phone system and secretaries are they worse to try and get answers and schedule anything!
Worst layout and several employees gave wrong directions making me walk almost entire way around hospital. Severe signage lacking and so much construction in the way. No parking validation. Very limited handicap parking. Horrible experience, avoid if possible.
All the people I encountered at this place were very nice and willing to help you find where you were going to and also the doctor was very professional even though he was very young Dr Rutkin is a neurosurgeon and he was able to look at my CTA scan which they told me before was an aneurysm and when he looked at it he said it was nothing to worry about and these people had me all worried before Dr. Eeg office called me and told me to go in for more testing cuz I have an aneurysm on my carotid artery and Dr Rutkin looked at i... read more
