My Nurse, Heather, and my Physician Assistant, Seth, were very helpful and communicative. The hospital was very up to date and clean.
Waited 5 almost 6 hours. One visit by doctor. 3 hours in waiting room. 2 in a room. Computers are down they said. Triage worked and not surprisingly billing worked as well. Never coming back to Hempfield again. Deserve a refund of copay. Dr was good but very overworked. 0 stars for the company. 3 for the staff. I expect to hear from someone by the end of the week.
