They reduced the waiting room to maybe 20 seats. They said they did this to increase the number of rooms available to the ER. But it is a total nightmare. I suggest anybody who needs an ER go elsewhere. They have totally screwed up theirs! Before the remodel, this was a good place to go. Now? Nope! Somebody in hospital admin wanted to put their stamp on the place. And they totally screwed it up. Go you! You made it worse! Congratulations! NOT!

Waited three hours after having a doctor call ahead to anticipate us. Leaving without being seen before we pass out, as there is no guarantee that we would be seen. Do not recommend due to poor communication between patients and staff, and general coldness towards those struggling.
