Michelle at the front desk needs RWJBH Group s attention. Poor customer service, attitude that does not meet standards. Speaks of immediate upper management. She needs to be retrained, remodeled, and reshaped
They have the worst staff ever, with no respect or customer service skills. I called over 5 times; they kept putting me on hold, and after a long time, they finally got back to me, but she didn’t let me finish what I was asking and hung up on me. I tried to call again. She kept putting me on hold, and she never picked up the phone.
