I just had my first experience with Dr. Yousry and I normally only go to female doctors. But I found him last minute and got an appointment fast. From the moment he walked in he made me feel comfortable and given my circumstances he got me in for surgery within 3 days of seeing him. His bedside manner is impeccable and he explains everything to you. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The only downside is the wait time in the office, but I just bring my laptop and work.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. The staff at this OBGYN clinic were unprofessional and appeared poorly trained. My personal information was entered incorrectly, which ultimately resulted in a $2,000 bill. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was met with rude, dismissive, and argumentative behavior. I waited almost two hours to be seen - an hour in the waiting room and another 40 minutes in a freezing medical room. They overbooked and left me without a word.
