It has been three months since my appointment and I am still spending a significant amount of time getting my medical bills straightened out from a routine pap/physical that should have been 100% covered by insurance. It was billed incorrectly and I've had to make multiple calls to my insurance provider, quest labs, and doctors office trying to get things squared away. The office staff is so friendly they make you feel comfortable. Especially Chris she always has a smile on her face not matter what kind of day she is having. There is never a long wait in the waiting room. They are on top of everything and they call when they say they are going to call for test result or other appointments. Dr. Ahmed is a great doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner. He shows such kindness and concern for his patients. You are a person not just a patient.
