this doctor has speech that is hard to understand. he treated me as if i was making up my symptoms. did not give me time to properly answer his questions. talked down and intimidated me. 1 more visit then i will see what ave i need to take to report his actions i can’t believe drs treat you as a nobody
I had a couple tests done. One of them being a heart monitor/ultrasound. He suspended my driving for six months (in October 2016). In November 2016, he stated that my heart results were good and to see a psychiatrist for my anxiety, and to come back in six months for a check-up to make sure I could drive. I went in and he asked if i seen a cardiologist for my heart issue. I stated no. I have tried to obtain these records but I am given the run around that they are "out of ink". DO NOT GO HERE!!
See's new patient without Medical History, without asking what medication you take already. Gives short speech about 'prevention' then talks over patient. Gave prescription for 2 medications that we had tried 20 years ago. Also what I am confused about Graduated from Dow College 1994 according to Bio......Dow College open 2003, Dow University open 2004(?) Does that mean he was ahead of his class? No recommendation from us. I believe his staff under oath would not recommend either (Paycheck)
There is a completely new front office staff that is extremely helpful and kind. I waited 25 minutes to see the Dr. He sat with me for about 30 minutes but suddenly had to leave. The front office staff got me an appointment to see a neurosurgeon quickly.
I would never recommend this doctor to anyone, not will I return. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The doctor himself is rude and doesn't care about you as a patient. He believes that he is the best neurologist around and you should just listen to him because he went to school. He doesn't like it when you ask any questions and acts as if you are an inconvenience in his day. They will have you wait for hours and they don't care what you think about it!!!
I had a appt for 9:45 he did not even come in to the office until 11:20 when he was doing my nerve testing he was watching videos on YouTube. His office staff was very unprofessional on the phone with personal calls being loud talking about getting drunk complaining about there job even cussing a few times I will not be back ever
Do not go to this doctor he and his nurses will treat you like a paycheck and not a person. I am not the first to feel this way nor will I be the last. There should be no reason a patient in any way shape or form should know where the staff live, how much debt they have, how much they pay on rent, if they are single or married, how much their rent, is what kind of house they live in, or how many children they have. he does not do though exams you will spend 5 mins in his office
