The doctor told me he was sending an urgent antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy immediately and instructed me to pick it up right away. Hours later, the pharmacy had still received nothing. It’s now been five days and the prescription still hasn’t been sent. Every time we call, the staff says they’re leaving messages for the doctor. Very frustrating and disappointing experience
This doctor’s office is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’ve tried contacting them six times since yesterday with no answer, which is beyond frustrating. The quality of service is absolutely awful. Even when I manage to schedule an appointment, I still end up waiting 1-2 hours to be seen, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and respect for patients' time is astounding. I’m officially done with this place and will be taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the time, stress, or hassle.
Do not come here. If I could give this place a 0 I would but this place gotta be closed down. I’ve waited for a 5 minute appointment for 2 hours. My last appointment, they made me wait a whole hour and a half just to tell me the doctor doesn’t prescribe my medication anymore. What was the point of booking an appointment in the first place? Do not come.
This has to be the worst doctor to go to on the planet Earth. The son doctor does not like to work at all, he refuses to work on patients even when Carmen assigns him work. The father doctor refused to see me even when he is my primary care doctor and made me wait for 3 HOURS. I’m extremely disappointed in this place. I’ve had to have an attorney contact this place to get a reimbursement for messing up paperwork on one of my surgeries that lost me my surgery date. He had to pay $500 in a rescheduling fee. The younger doctor here is absolute disgusting. He is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I called him to speak about an issue, he was loud and nasty with me. He even hung up in my face. I don’t recommend going here. They treat their patients like robots and they have no sympathy. They have no regard for human emotion. Horrible experience. This is my 5th time experiencing something like this. It’s shocking.
