Hands down worst experience of my life. First of all the staff belittled me and my wife upon entering the ER. They thought she was some crack head with anxiety so they blew her off. I had the triage nurse tell her that she wouldn’t help her until she slowed her breathing and then scolded me for not helping her. My wife is a diabetic and she was in DKA. They never took her blood sugar up front even though I told them she was diabetic. They made her go pee in a cup even though she had been puking for 8 hours straight and had n... read more
RecommendedThe staff is so friendly, they take care of their patients as though they would a family member. I appreciate the doctors, nurses, janitorial staff, all the staff even ones I haven’t mentioned. Thank you Good Sam of Centralia; I appreciate all you’ve done and are doing for me

they don't care I sit first hours in pain they do nothing
was in the ER for 3 1/2 hours. More toilet paper on the floor than the holder plus dirty bandages on the floor. I wouldn't recommend going to the ER. Husband had an open, infected wound on his pacemaker and they were taking people in with colds. Worse ER I have ever been to!
Dang joke..Sitting here for almost 2 hours watching other people go back to rooms..I should have went to Salem..Much better place.....
I had test ran in the Cardiology department and Lynn went beyond and above my expectations at doing her job..she made me feel Very Comfortable and went out of her way each visit that I had done at your Hospital! she explained Everything to me each time I had a test done there.thank you for DOING A GREAT JOB! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
