PURE/AHI Properties managed my single family home for five years and did a great job. My property manager, Pam Ethier, was very responsive and professional. Mold in the house, obvious water damage. Moisture readings off the chart. Got a mold test. Confirmed mold in the house. They beat around the bush. Tell the technicians to not notify you of the findings. And try to make you pay to break the lease instead of doing the right thing. Spray painting over mold spots. They just want your money, they don’t care about children’s health or anyone’s. They just want your money rather than doing the right thing.
