Extremely poor property management, lack of transparency, and failure to protect owner interests. My experience with PURE Property Management was deeply disappointing and financially damaging. PURE/AHI Properties managed my single family home for five years and did a great job. My property manager, Pam Ethier, was very responsive and professional. She also represented me as the listing agent when I sold the house. She has made this a successful experience for me as an out-of-state investor.
