Very Happy – AHI has been very attentive over the last few years. They always get back to me within a day or so and always seem ready to help. I am very happy with their management service and I have no complaints.

AHI Don't Waste Your Time – I call AHI regarding a rental property in Greystone Farms. After SEVERAL attempts to contact them,(they don't like to answer their phone), I finally reached one of their representatives who was extremely rude, offered zero help other than to visit their website and fill out an application. The application is very assumptive..meaning it is an application that requires all information needed to rent the property. Don't think about doing business with AHI – AHI managed our house for two years. We got a problem tenant who did damage to the house. We weren't told that by AHI but by a neighbor. We told AHI there was a problem and they said that they would look into it. Five weeks later hadn't heard from them. They refused to return four phone calls. Meanwhile the tenant moved out.
