Overall we had a great experience working with AHI. If a problem has come up, we've gotten a quick response and things have been handled professionally and in a timely manner.
All of the property management had some very crucial reviews. But Ahi looked pretty decent we met up and decided on all of the prices, got work done on my home before we rented it out. They had it posted within hours later and found a tenant within days. I am so happy we chose Ahi, I recommend them for anyone looking for a property management agency.
AHI Properties has done stellar work on my behalf. This is my third property management company and I can barely begin to explain how good they have been to me. I first used AHI Properties back in 2009 and decided to recently come back because I loved their services so much. They handle everything with ease and professionalism, some companies can be a true nightmare to deal with! I am so please with the staff at AHI, I will continue using them as long as I need to!!
A few months ago we purchased a condo through AHI. Great company! No pressure and they were honest about everything. They helped us with every step and we are very happy with the experience.

Excellence in response to my request and with following through. Since I am the owner who lives out of town, I asked them to drive by my property and take pictures of the exterior and email them to me so that I can see for myself the current condition of my property.
