The AHI staff made our rental experience a great one. They made sure the house was immaculately cleaned before we moved in, they quickly addressed any problems, and they were very helpful in the moving out process. There are no surprises with AHI, because they are professional, courteous and efficient.
The staff has been very responsive from my first call, and continue to be since then through the rental process and now as a tenant. Everyone here has been friendly and professional. Service here is great. Definitely recommended.

It's been many years since I've been renting from AHI properties and they have been very good to me. When I moved in I had new carpet and I loved it! Ever since then it's been great.
Excellent response and follow through. I live out of town, and asked them to stop by and take some pictures of my property so that I can see the current condition myself. They were happy to do it and said they would do it again!

From the time I started looking at rental properties, the staff with AHI was always quick to respond and very eager to answer any questions we had and assist me in my search in whatever way possible.
