Skyler is truly gifted in the art of massage! I left my appointment feeling completely relaxed and tension free! I will definitely be making a second appointment with her. If you are looking for someone to work out the knots, I highly recommend Skyler!
Sky worked on me today and did an amazing job! She communicates very well as to what she's going to do and how much pressure you like. I really like that she did some range of motion stretches during the massage. She even recommended some strengthening exercises I can do at home. Sky also has a great personality and made me feel very welcome. I will be recommending her!
I have been seeing Sky for over a year now and she has made a huge impact on my physical health. The main area I have muscular discomfort is the neck and shoulders. Regular massages have relaxed these muscles while releasing many of the knots. Also, I have been using a menthol cream product that Sky offers. It helps keep the muscles relaxed. It has a light menthol aroma and is easy to use. I feel very blessed that Sky and her natural talent came into my life. Thank you Sky!
