I’ve gone in the past, august 2024, and just now got around to leaving a review. All employees— from receptionist, blood work-nurse, and doctor were courteous and professional. Since some reviews feel so comfortable mentioning employee’s ethnicity, I can only recall my doctor being middle-eastern. I felt extremely comfortable with him and his knowledge. The establishment was also clean and tidy. Thank you staff.

I came here in 2021, and was helped by a kind young woman who also did my blood draw. The experience was definitely 5-stars. However, last week I went to do another blood test and an effeminite gentlemen snapped at me to scan a QR code. I didn't do this in '21 and tried to sign up, but I was already registered. I was having issues with a password and had to reset. This took a while and I had a client I needed to attend to. All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive to my needs, and offered thoughtful advice. I felt truly seen the moment I walked in. The doctor was also very kind and made me feel completely at ease. This is absolutely the go-to place for free HIV and STD testing.
