They never answered the phone, even though they tell you to call the clinic before coming, so you’re wasting your own time . I would recommend going to the Biscayne location
It was a breeze. The lady who drew my samples was super professional and caring and the whole experience was easy and fast. And best of all it was all free.
I’ve gone in the past, august 2024, and just now got around to leaving a review. All employees— from receptionist, blood work-nurse, and doctor were courteous and professional. Since some reviews feel so comfortable mentioning employee’s ethnicity, I can only recall my doctor being middle-eastern. I felt extremely comfortable with him and his knowledge. The establishment was also clean and tidy. Thank you staff.
I came here in 2021, and was helped by a kind young woman who also did my blood draw. The experience was definitely 5-stars. However, last week I went to do another blood test and an effeminite gentlemen snapped at me to scan a QR code. I didn't do this in '21 and tried to sign up, but I was already registered. I was having issues with a password and had to reset. This took a while and I had a client I needed to attend to. Yesterday I logged into the same site the QR code lead me to and signed in using my google account on m... read more
