I had an appointment with Tiffany last Friday ,May 10 at 11am, l got there at 10:45am, and they told me that she called sick in the last minte at 11am. Then l asked to talk to Pedro the office manager, they told me to wait, l waited 15 min, instead to get more upset and frustrated, l decided to leave.
