I'd give zero if I could. Have been with AHF since 2016 in Columbus, DC, Baltimore and now San Fransisco. I kept with the office in DC for the last year (virtual appts, lw at labcorp and scripts by mail) because SF location told me at the time they had a doctor in office once a month....why even be open then. Finally converted recently so I could start Cabenuva instead of the pill. What a headache and waste of time. My PPO require PA for this script which was received but the clinic tells me they cant bill BCBS despite that ... read more
Update after my grievance and robot generated Google response. After 2 months of investigation. AHF ignored everything legitimate about my grievances and sided with the DNR. My Primary care Dr and AHF tried contacting the office directly to request my medical record and never got a response. They have only been asking for 1 year. The staff at the front office are amazing. That being said. The pandemic made it difficult to retain a proper licensed Doctor. MD. Unfortunately they now only have one DNR who’s just obtained her license and insists on being called a Doctor even though she only has a doctorate in NURSING. She’s completely tone deaf to your needs for labs, t-cell count let alone your well being. She immediately refused to refill my medication for seizures, I’m epileptic, well according to Ms. West.
