I had no appointment but needed to get std testing. I got here at 10 a.m. it was somewhat busy. The front desk lady was nice and very calm. She gave me a QR code to check in. Then she called my number and told me if I could come back at 1 p.m. Since I had the day off I didn’t mind the wait time. I came back and I was in a room by 1 p.m. sharp.
