This place is terrible. I must have a lot of patience or I wouldn't have put up with their incompetent's all these years. Every year, I bring my husbands 2 applications for his free medicine to them praying they won't mess it up. I give them detail information with instructions and even fill out most of the physician's section. All the physician has to do is put their license number, signature and date on the application. I am a client here. I went for an urgent visit eleven days ago to get a recommendation for a dermatologist. I saw Ms. Myrtle Pearson, nurse practitioner—who was friendly and advised she would get back with me shortly to give me the referral. I have emailed her and have called the nurse manager-Shondra-several times. The phone is never actually answered. The message from Shondra is that calls will be returned within 24 hours. I just left this place and I must say that the guy at the front desk at 4pm, the one with his cellphone in his hand the entire time, was not very friendly nor welcoming to me (somebody who has never been here before)! He never acknowledged my presence until I myself had to say hello to HIM! I felt unwelcomed and as if I was a bother to him. I don’t know if I even want to come back to this place after today! Y’all definitely need somebody else working the front desk other than this guy.
