I have visited the Ft. Lauderdale & Brickell Branch of this AHF center. Brickell Out of the closet experience has been disappointing. Front desk attendants are not helpful and seem to always have a bad day not willing to help or even speak to provide guidance. They have a waiting area for which you cannot sit or spend time at the charging stations since they dont like having patients around where they are visible. Overall, not once has the attention been pleasant or accommodating. Much to desire from a “wellness” center.

I arrived at 10:13 am in the morning and I waited in the line for almost 1.5 hours. They took my friend upstairs and he asked me to wait with him. The nurse came to Room 9 and he was exceptionally rude and asked me to go downstairs and wait there. I left immediately. Half an hour later they called me for my exam. And I told them they kept me waiting for quite a while. I understand they might be understaffed, but I cannot tolerate the ill-educated, rude behavior from your employees. I typically don't post negative reviews, but this one counts. I drove 40 minutes based on the website times, and Google time reflected. This was the second event where I came to this location only to be told they closed early and that these times vary. As a medical facility that caters to the public. Picking and choosing your hours is irresponsible to the very patients you're trying to serve. Not only that, some patients travel long distances to get to this location.
