Cozy little gym, but they're working hard to create more space for everyone to have their own area. I've been a regular here for almost a year now, usually showing up Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 11:30, and I've never had any issues with the staff or other members. I love being able to focus at the gym without any distractions and seeing the regulars putting in the effort to improve themselves. Can't do a full rep on machine without someone walking so close in front of you. Talk about awkward you would think this is liability if someone gets hurt
Been coming here since it opened. Everyone is nice and treats me well except Diane. Consistently rude. Every interaction with them makes me want to quit this gym
