Worst medical experience of my life, period. Tl;dr : Go in for a physical, get provided incorrect paperwork (more a lack of paperwork), get charged for a full visit I didn't want or expect, get completely bogus "medical advice", have the lack of paperwork (that they withheld) used as evidence so they can charge you for a full visit (not a physical).
