Do not live here! They don't wanna fix anything. My grandmother's heat and air unit breaks down every year. They 'fix' it enough to make it last for a little while. This year the new landlord stated the unit needs to be fully replaced, that was in March after we threatened to call the housing authorities on them for no heat since January. Now theyre saying they don't have it in the budget to fix until June. They took apart the current unit and left it in her livingroom. There is black mold all in it. Nice place to live or to visit
They want your rent. Don't care about if you have heat in the Winter or cool air in the Summer. The laundry room infested with bedbugs. Over a month and yet to professionally exterminate. The main building is pristine clean. Smells nice too. Not at all the other buildings.
Looks nice on the outside but the reviews sound like a horror movie inside.
