I stayed at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids which is a property managed by AHC Hospitality. The internet in the hotel was painfully slow to the point it was close to unusable. Netflix videos were pixelated and pages were slow to load. When reported to the front desk at the property, I was informed that this happens during periods of high occupancy. This company is pure trash
Constantly say they are hiring but then deny a former employee with no reasoning behind it. They also did not treat their employees that great after the pandemic. They had employees that where with them for YEARS and they did not care when they brought them back and all they where worried about was making the company money and lining the pockets of of the execs. They had employees they had for years that are trained in special skills and they undermined them by saying they cant afford to bring them or the only way they could... read more
