I cannot say enough about how incredibly grateful I am to have the support and partnership we have with our RN Doug. Each time we've had to have home health care we make sure to request Doug. While every RN we've worked with has been very professional, kind and knowledgeable, Doug has that something special that gets my client to be more compliant, to follow his guidance and work better with me in trying my best to help her. This company was wonderful, thanks to its very caring staff. Dad was extremely picky about who was in his home and he absolutely loved Jeff, his CNA who visited him each morning. When there was an emergency, Trina was there even in the middle of the night on way too many nights. Ellen was a wealth of info to us and Jean with her calming presence was there during his final hours. Everyone returned our calls promptly, which we appreciated. I had my dad on hospice. My dad past on 10-4-23. We had a very positive experience with Advanced. The entire team was wonderful and caring. Nurses always came on time. My dad medications were delivered on time as promised. The best part you can call them anytime with any questions. I really want to thank Jeff the CNA, and Andrea social worker pastor Paul who went above and beyond for my mom and my dad. I will never forget how you all made us feel during this difficult time. My mom was in their hospice care starting in April, 2023. First incident was when Gwen a CNA, walked out and left my mom in the bathroom while showering her! Thank God, I was there and I finished showering her. One of the main reasons was to have my mom in hospice was to manage her pain. They started her with a very low dose of morphine and hydrocodone. I kept informing the manager nurse, Ellen and the supervisory nurse, Petra about my mom complaining of a lot of pain. It was June and they never increased her pain med. They ... read more
