Jim has been Amazing! My uncle is 78 with Aspergers and doesn't take well to everyone. Jim is by far his favorite person these days. He genuinely looks forward to his visits. Jim graciously listens to my uncle talk about whatever is bothering him and makes suggestions without judgement. Often, people who work in Healthcare lose sight of what it's like to be the patient. After going through surgery for an infection and having a wound vac was a little scary . Rachelle was amazing easing my nerves . Rachelle showed empathy and professionalism with my care , very efficient ! So glad I had her for my care , I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs home health care.
