One of the best salons in Appleton
The staff here is very kind. They offer a beverage after checking in and the atmosphere is uplifting. I wanted to give a better review because my stylist was genuine & sweet. But I am absolutely bummed at how my hair turned out, for the crazy amount of money I was charged. $250! The goal i had in mind was tricky because of dye-damaged hair and brassiness. I can’t say enough good things about this salon! From the moment I walk in, the vibe is always welcoming and relaxed. The whole team is friendly and professional, and they truly care about giving you exactly what you want. My stylist faith, always listens closely and offers helpful suggestions, and completely nails the look I go for everytime I get my haircut. I’ve avoided posting this review for a while, because the people here are really nice, and I feel bad that I didn’t like the haircuts. However, in the couple times that I’ve gone here, it has been an unfortunate experience. I made sure to book the “new client” appointment each time, as it’s supposed to include a consultation with the stylist. However, at the first appointment, the stylist seemed confused when I asked about the consultation, and seemed eager to start the haircut when I tried to explain the reference pictures ... read more
