Not friendly and rude and take forever to call patients
Really bad service after waiting for more that an hour I go in and ask how long more and she tells me 10 more patients infront of me. And I see people going in and out that came after me.
Went June 25, 2020 to get tested for covid 19. I have yet to receive my results and tomorrow it’ll be exactly two weeks since the test was performed. I've been going to Dr Juan Aguilera since my child was born and I always have problems in the Donna and today they got me mad because it was raining and its cold and the dr never send the perscription to the pharmacy so I called to the office 40 min later since I got out and the lady that answer the phone told me that the dr still had patients and that until she finish with all of them she was going to send the perscription to the pharmacy and this got me mad that more likely I would change to a
