Absolutely the worst experience ever with a medical provider. Dr. Aguilera Holga Gemelia and her office staff are completely unresponsive and unprofessional. The office is almost always closed, and whenever you try to call, the phone only goes to voicemail no one ever answers, and no one ever calls back. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone for even the simplest request. Got assigned this doctor through medical as it was close, tried for multiple weeks to call and no answers and also always closed. I see other reviews saying the same thing as long as a year ago, something strange is going on there for sure.

Called my insurance to get me a doctor closer to me since I was driving an hour and a half to my primary. They switched me to Dr. Gemelia. I called about 15 times to make an appointment and no one ever picked up the phone. Called my insurance immediately to set me up with a new primary.
